Bar & Restaurant Ostafa is a truly pleasant spot for a lunch break or a quiet lunch at altitude above Champoluc. We visited as a family on a Saturday and overall had a great time: the food is good, with dishes that taste "made with care" and quality ingredients. We were particularly impressed by the charcuterie board and the Black Angus cheeseburger, both tasty and beautifully presented. The location is very picturesque, easily accessible by cable car, with a view that makes the experience even more enjoyable, especially if the weather is good. The panoramic terrace is also a nice added bonus for those who want to dine al fresco with a view of the mountains. The service is friendly, although sometimes a bit hectic, as the place can get crowded at peak times (which I understand given its popularity). The prices we paid (about €140 for four) were in line with the quality and location, considering the altitude. Overall, a lovely experience, recommended if you're in the area and want a well-prepared lunch in a scenic setting—but don't expect a high-end "gourmet restaurant."

A refuge on the Champoluc slopes! We've eaten here several times. The food is good, the service is attentive and friendly, and there's plenty of space both inside and out, and Wi-Fi is available.
