Mauro's welcome was impeccable. We arrived a little late (sorry again), but we were still welcomed with courtesy and kindness. I ate a fillet with white truffle which was simply S U P E R L A T I V O, on the podium of the best meat of my life! Views of the hills of Castelluccia, anecdotes and various courtesies - including the home-made gentian offered - make it a special place.

Lunch with a View.
Everything was excellent, from the cuisine to the service.
Scrambled with truffle 10/10, as well as the two tastings of first courses and the kebabs with baked potatoes. The gift of gentian and limoncello, sweet in taste, was also much appreciated.
Considering the quality of the things eaten, the value for money is excellent.

The first positive note goes to the hospitality: they welcomed us with smiles and kindness. We also had the opportunity to bring our dogs with us, there is also a fountain and a bowl for them at the entrance.
Everything cooked very well, with care and skill. Right portions that fill you up. Beautiful view of the plain.

Passing through Castelluccio and still seeing a town under reconstruction years after the earthquake leaves you stunned but honors the merit and tenacity of those who continue to do business. In particular, we stopped for lunch at this Osteria, we ate an appetizer of local cheeses and cured meats and two excellent first courses. All very good and accompanied by excellent service, attentive but familiar and convivial at the same time. We were put at ease, from the terrace we were able to admire the Castelluccio plain (we will return when there is flowering, it must be a spectacle).

Nice location, good food but... the waitresses are in a bit of a hurry, too bad, they took away my pici cacio e pepe just when I was in the bathroom and there was still good food on the plate... the tiramisu was excellent with ricotta

Very positive experience and great service. For my taste, the internal room should absolutely be avoided, as it is suffocating and noisy, compared to the external tables overlooking Vettore!
Truffle as if it were raining! Granted, it's summer scorzone and therefore not very tasty, but you'll indulge in it.
Among the appetizers there was a scrambled egg with truffle, I must say among the best I have ever eaten, at the right point of cooking and rich in truffles.

Breathtaking panorama.
It's worth it just to relax with a glass of good wine 🍷 and admire these places that Mother Nature gives us!!!!!

Beautiful view and super friendly and helpful staff! What can we say about the dishes! Exceptional first courses and wonderful kebabs!
We took 2 ricotta-based desserts and they drove us crazy!❤️ We will definitely be back ☺️
