Bar Ristorante Chisonetto In Sestriere

Last night we celebrated our birthday at Baita Chisonetto and had a really great time. They took us to the refuge on snowmobiles, and we stayed there for aperitifs, dinner, and post-dinner drinks, and the atmosphere was fantastic. The location is stunning, with a view of the mountains that alone is worth the visit. The food was delicious, everything was carefully prepared and tasty. The staff was super kind and helpful, and even provided us with speakers to play music after dinner. Perfect place to spend a lovely evening with friends and celebrate. Thanks to Francesco and the whole team! ⛰️🍷🎉

We stopped by for the first time on Sunday, stopping off during a day of skiing. The service, friendliness, and quality were five-star; the bombardino was delicious, the best I've ever tried. We asked the owner if he could organize dinner for our group there in the cabin, with snowmobile transport. He was incredibly kind, and even though we were only nine people, he organized the evening. Luckily, there was another group there too. It was an unforgettable evening. The atmosphere was pleasant, and everything we ate was excellent. We'll definitely be back for a break today. Thanks to all the staff for the evening they organized for us. If you come to Sestriere, you absolutely have to stop by Chisonetto.

We organized a birthday lunch for 30 people. Francesco and the entire team were incredibly helpful with the organization from the weeks leading up to the event, helping us develop a delicious menu that could be customized to meet all our needs. They even provided us with speakers to play music on the terrace. Amazing! Highly recommended.

Wanting to try the entire menu, I'll definitely be back! The cakes, polenta, and grilled meats especially. A historic place, with a touch of innovation, deliciousness, and friendliness, all immersed in nature! The kitchen and dining room staff do an excellent job, coordinated by the manager Francesco, who makes you feel right at home! Even if the weather isn't good, the walk from both Sestriere and Borgata is worth it: the reward at the end is tempting!

Fantastic experience at this beautiful refuge. The food was excellent and plentiful. We felt pampered in a family atmosphere. Must try.

The hospitality, food, and ambiance are incredible. From appetizers to main courses, not forgetting the ghenefle, the entire menu is worth a try. Prices are also reasonable (considering the quality). Recommended for mountain lovers.

Wonderful place with a very beautiful view, excellent food, the polenta with exquisite game, a delicious sbrisolona with berries, the very kind owner came to pick us up on the road, which we decided to tackle on foot despite the decidedly tiring difference in altitude, reachable by car but the road is completely unpaved and quite steep but the journey is absolutely worth the effort, excellent value for money thanks for the hospitality and kind and polite service 10 cum laude

A stunning lodge in a stunning location. We walked there because the road is unpaved and requires off-roading. Unfortunately, the trail is dusty, and cars often pass by, raising clouds of dust. As for the food, everything was delicious. I highly recommend the mixed antipasto. The variety of desserts is also remarkable, all homemade. I therefore recommend this place even for a simple snack or a mid-morning breakfast.

We arrived for lunch after a walk. The appetizers were good, but the portions were small. The peach strudel was delicious. The strudel was worth the visit. The staff were very friendly and smiling (not so common these days). Pleasant place.

Beautiful refuge above Sestriere...to get there, you have to climb a steep but manageable climb, but you can also get there by car in the summer. Excellent food, and very helpful and friendly staff. They are very attentive to our four-legged friends. I recommend everyone stop by at least once.
