Evening dinner. Everything was good... In fact, better than a few years ago!! The service was good and timely. They even asked if you'd like an extra portion... The atmosphere was well-heated. They took you on a snowmobile. We had a great time.

Last night we celebrated our birthday at Baita Chisonetto and had a really great time. They took us to the refuge on snowmobiles, and we stayed there for aperitifs, dinner, and post-dinner drinks, and the atmosphere was fantastic. The location is stunning, with a view of the mountains that alone is worth the visit. The food was delicious, everything was carefully prepared and tasty. The staff was super kind and helpful, and even provided us with speakers to play music after dinner. Perfect place to spend a lovely evening with friends and celebrate. Thanks to Francesco and the whole team! ⛰️🍷🎉

Great place and great food from local tradition for a skiing lunch-break (it is on run 8, intermediate, right side going up on charlift Banchetta). Portions are big. Good expresso coffee. Staff is kind and very professional.

We stopped by for the first time on Sunday, stopping off during a day of skiing. The service, friendliness, and quality were five-star; the bombardino was delicious, the best I've ever tried. We asked the owner if he could organize dinner for our group there in the cabin, with snowmobile transport. He was incredibly kind, and even though we were only nine people, he organized the evening. Luckily, there was another group there too. It was an unforgettable evening. The atmosphere was pleasant, and everything we ate was excellent. We'll definitely be back for a break today. Thanks to all the staff for the evening they organized for us. If you come to Sestriere, you absolutely have to stop by Chisonetto.

We organized a birthday lunch for 30 people. Francesco and the entire team were incredibly helpful with the organization from the weeks leading up to the event, helping us develop a delicious menu that could be customized to meet all our needs. They even provided us with speakers to play music on the terrace. Amazing! Highly recommended.

04/11/2025: Returning from a hike above Lemie, we chose this bar for our post-trip ritual. The easy parking spot on the main street of Viu, practically in front of the bar, is worth a mention. Furthermore, by taking advantage of the limited space between the street and the bar, the owners managed to create space for a few tables! The interior isn't particularly stylish, but the atmosphere is quiet and conducive to the inevitable post-hike chatter. The service is quick and friendly, and the beer selection is a bit limited, but all good quality. The hot snacks served with the beers are fantastic, and the hot chocolates and coffees are excellent. The dessert section is noteworthy, with displays of cakes and pastries, as well as other products on sale (beers, spirits, sweets, etc.). Highly recommended!
29/09/2025: I came to celebrate my 88th birthday. We had a truly wonderful time. We appreciated the location and the food, as well as the attentive, thoughtful, and special service! Thank you.
