Stopped by the self-service restaurant for a quick bite. A good selection of dishes, from hot to cold, but above all, excellent service. The employee, Ms. Candida, was very efficient, very kind, and always had a smile, even exchanging a few words as if we knew each other... and believe me, for someone like me who travels a lot for work, that's not something you'd expect, and it's nice... it takes some of the burden off your travels.

The service area is well maintained, even the bathrooms are always tidy...in my opinion, however, the prices are higher than those of other service area chains.

3 stars primarily for the price compared to the quality of the food offered. It's overpriced compared to any other restaurant, which, in any case, offers significantly different quantities and quality for the same price. 4 stars for the friendliness and service of the staff.

They are all good, the staff and the coffee at night are free, especially if I buy a pack of cigarettes, I have never seen a lighter as a gift, but I have seen any part of the offer like here and the prices are also basic.

06/11/2025: This bar is in a beautiful location with a 360-degree view of Venice and friendly, helpful staff and owners. I highly recommend it!
01/11/2025: The pizza and beer were very good, the frozen tiramisu wasn't so great. But it's definitely recommended for a quick stop and a break.

26/05/2025: I was looking forward to trying this restaurant, but ended up quite disappointed. The pasta I ordered was noticeably undercooked — the center was still powdery and tasted raw. When we mentioned it to the staff, they told us, “It’s because Italians like it al dente.” I understand what al dente means — pasta that is firm to the bite, not uncooked in the center. This wasn’t al dente; it simply wasn’t cooked enough. At first, the staff didn’t seem willing to adjust the dish, but eventually they did send it back to the kitchen to be cooked a bit more. While I appreciate that, the initial response felt dismissive and gave me the impression that my feedback wasn’t being taken seriously. I hope the restaurant can improve both the cooking and how they handle customer concerns.
