It was a truly enjoyable lunch: we stopped there initially for a quick lunch, then after hearing the menu masterfully praised by the owner, we decided to take it easy :)
The service is run by friendly and welcoming people, making it more than enjoyable, and the food is very good; we were all very satisfied!

After the rafting trip, we took their advice and decided to eat here. I'd say the food was good, and the service was also acceptable. The owner explains the menu verbally, but what's annoying—and perhaps we should have asked—is that he doesn't mention the prices of the dishes or the menu, or at least doesn't explain what the options are (fixed menu, à la carte, or something else). In the end, it cost €35 per person, including a first course, second course, dessert, coffee, and two bottles of prosecco for six people. Almost acceptable, but prices should be stated or written so that you know them when you're at the table. By the way, I still haven't figured out if there was a reduced-price "business lunch" or if it's for everyone... on the counter, there was a piece of paper that said "workers' menu" or something like that, who knows...
I didn't think I was being rude in writing the review. I just pointed out that it would be helpful to know the prices at the table, and that perhaps simply displaying them outside isn't enough, as it's not a given that you'll necessarily have to see and read them.
The rules: Prices, while freely determined by the owner, must always be clearly indicated, so as to inform customers and make them aware before entering into a contractual relationship with the person serving them food and beverages.
This rule also applies to specials of the day and specials not listed on the menu; the waiter is required to clearly communicate prices. In short, it's necessary to adopt a method that ensures customers can choose what to order, avoiding unpleasant surprises at checkout.
That said, a more polite response would have been enough...

We passed by almost by chance while driving back from England and it was an incredible discovery! A real trattoria, one of those that make you good food, plentiful and above all at a fair price! The owner was very nice and attentive to details and kind even in giving us the recipe for the chilli pepper oil! Everything was very good and the final price didn't seem real to us, used to getting slapped in Europe and also in Bologna where I live!! I highly recommend it

A stop by chance... a very kind owner with a warm Italian accent offers us his menu in detail, all in French, while sitting at the end of our table. Homemade, we tried to take as many dishes as possible to taste, it looked so appetizing. A family sharing of succulent dishes cooked with professionalism in all their simplicity, just the way we like it. There's heart in this kitchen. A clientele of regulars and tourists mingle in the small room. A big thank you to the whole team, and we will be back from our Savoy.
