A meeting between Venetian tradition and innovation.
Brotherhood cod was something magnificent, not to mention the gyoza stuffed with Venetian liver or the prawn fish cake with tamarind caramel. The only one of this kind in Venice is highly recommended

I visited in July 2024 on the last night of our trip. We had a rather large party (10) and I spoke with them via WhatsApp to see if they could accommodate us on short notice. They managed to fit all of us inside and it was nothing short of the best dinner we had in Italy. Everything from small plates to the actual dinner was extraordinary even with a small issue with a missed order (They promptly resolved it). If we ever go back to Venice, this will be an immediate stop for us.

Petit restaurant à 5 minutes de la gare . Une cuisine inventive servi par un chef passionné par son métier . Notre meilleur repas d'une semaine à VENISE.

Hotels and restaurants next to the railway station are usually not very interesting, but here was such a nice surprise!!
Literally 5 minutes from the train station, right after crossing the Barefoot Bridge - Ponte degli Scalzi, there is this restaurant. I highly recommend it!
Just remember that the "kitchen" accepts orders until 2:30 p.m.!

The BEST meal of our entire Italian vacation! Suggested by our tour guide on our last night. The food was amazing and different. We had two entrees a piece plus appetizers and desserts because everything was so delicious! The waitress was exceptional, helping us tourists choose tasty dishes and wine. Definitely not a ‘tourist trap’. If hope one day we can get back to Venice, we will run to this restaurant!! A must try!

Ci sono i ristoranti e ci sono i laboratori dell’anima. Vittoria 1938 e’ un piccolo laboratorio dove vengono messi nel piatto degli ingredienti che contengono: amore, cultura, bellezza, famiglia, anima.
E’ divino. Un gioiello che spero non cambi mai, protetto e osservato con orgoglio dai nonni e dai genitori delle foto di famiglia sulle pareti che raccontano che la professionalità e l educazione non si improvvisano ma vengono tramandate per generazioni. C è valore, tanto, e la dimostrazione sta nel personale, ragazzi garbati che conoscono il lavoro che fanno e ti fanno sentire a casa. Andateci ma in punta di piedi e per favore, non rovinatelo mai. Grazie ♥️

Super and different experience than usual. We stayed one evening in mid-September. I specify that we are from Venice. Excellent service, the menus were explained to us in detail. The dishes have a Venetian base with a particular twist that makes for an out of the ordinary experience. Truly excellent flavors, beyond expectations!
