Bar Pizzeria Seta In Montelupo fiorentino

Unfortunately, I have to take away a few stars. And it's not about the quality of the food, but rather the inconsistency. Today, Saturday, at 9:50 PM, I was about to go in and buy a few slices of pizza, and oh, what a nasty surprise: the pizza was closed. The hours displayed clearly state that it closes at 11 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. I called and they told me they were closed. There's a lack of consistency. The pizza was really good. I loved the one with courgette flowers. The service, as always, was impeccable. You can buy pizza by the slice or whole. Well done. They've improved. I recommend it.

At the Seta Pizzeria, located in the heart of Montelupo F.no, you can enjoy excellent, carefully prepared pizzas, listed on the dedicated menu. The pizzas are immediately visually striking, with a seductive color effect provided by the various ingredients generously placed across the entire pizza base. An inviting circular crust acts as a circumference to the center; the crust is crispy, warm, and just the right amount of thin. The staff, in addition to professionally preparing a fine dough to produce enchanting pizzas, is extremely helpful, with a simplicity and communication that demonstrates a natural and harmonious customer focus. In the US, the above is defined in a business context with a single word: "ENGAGEMENT." And I can assure you that here, engagement is paramount in the company/customer relationship. The location is also apt, with a very welcoming and well-constructed outdoor veranda, whose glass doors slide down at the top, providing ideal ventilation on warm summer evenings. I absolutely recommend trying these pizzas.
