Unfortunately I have to remove some stars. And it's not about the quality of the food but inconsistency. Today, Saturday at 9.50pm, I was about to go in to buy a few slices of pizza and oh well... a bad surprise, the door was closed. The times displayed make it clear that on Saturdays and Sundays it closes at 11pm. I call and they tell me they are closed. Coherence is lacking. The pizza was really good. The one with courgette flowers enchanted me. Service as always impeccable. You can buy pizza either by the slice or whole. Well done. They have improved. Advise .

At the Seta Pizzeria, located in the heart of Montelupo F.no, you can enjoy excellent, carefully prepared pizzas, listed on the dedicated menu. The pizzas are immediately visually striking, with a seductive color effect provided by the various ingredients generously placed across the entire pizza base. An inviting circular crust acts as a circumference to the center; the crust is crispy, warm, and just the right amount of thin. The staff, in addition to professionally preparing a fine dough to produce enchanting pizzas, is extremely helpful, with a simplicity and communication that demonstrates a natural and harmonious customer focus. In the US, the above is defined in a business context with a single word: "ENGAGEMENT." And I can assure you that here, engagement is paramount in the company/customer relationship. The location is also apt, with a very welcoming and well-constructed outdoor veranda, whose glass doors slide down at the top, providing ideal ventilation on warm summer evenings. I absolutely recommend trying these pizzas.

26/10/2025: A true mountain refuge, spacious and warm. Their product counter is spectacular, with their exquisite, delicious, superlative schiacciata! Various fillings available, generous portions, and a very affordable price! Their desserts are also exquisite! It's definitely worth a stop!
26/10/2025: The new management has brought the historic Secchieta refuge back to life with a lovely stall selling its own produce and efficient service... the cycling jersey corner is very nice.

26/11/2025: I cannot say enough wonderful things about Palagina. We had our wedding there in early November and this venue truly made our wedding an unforgettable experience. From the very beginning, Elisabetta was incredibly responsive, kind, and attentive. She patiently answered all of our questions, offered thoughtful recommendations when we asked, and worked tirelessly to ensure that our wedding reflected exactly what we envisioned. By the end of the wedding weekend, we genuinely felt like part of the Palagina family. The entire staff was amazing. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make sure our guests felt welcomed, comfortable, and happy. Their genuine care and attention to detail were evident in every interaction and moment of the weekend. The catering provided by the venue was absolutely exceptional — without a doubt the best wedding food I’ve ever had — and it perfectly complemented the elegance of the setting. The grounds themselves are immaculate and breathtaking. Every corner of Palagina is pure perfection, from the sweeping views to the beautifully maintained gardens and intimate spaces. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated to create a magical atmosphere. We are endlessly grateful for the kindness, dedication, and expertise of Elisabetta and the Palagina team. They made sure my husband and I had the best wedding we could have imagined, and their warmth and professionalism truly enhanced every aspect of our celebration. We cannot recommend Palagina highly enough to any couple looking for a stunning, welcoming, and perfectly executed wedding venue.
