I stopped for a quick business lunch but besides the pizza in the window which gave me the impression that they were asking for help there wasn't any, I tried to ask for a whole one but the answer was that at the moment they only made trays and for a round one it took some time.....I was satisfied but there are those who don't want to hear the same thing.....3 stars are too many

Excellent pizza, thin and crunchy as I like it. In my opinion it is the best pizza in the Amiata area, the pasta is excellent and the staff is friendly and helpful.

27/02/2025: Elegant environment with soft lights and background music. Good and well presented food, staff present but not intrusive.
18/02/2025: We went to this restaurant for a lunch with friends. The environment is welcoming and the service was impeccable, even though we were at one table. I'm sorry not to have photographed the dishes but both the seafood starter (superlative crostini, breaded squid and octopus on fried polenta, both soft with a captivating flavour) and the tortelli, also seafood, with a strong but not cloying flavour, deserve a mention. And how can we not mention the frying, which is truly special! The next time we return to Castiglione we will certainly know where to go!

02/12/2024: Very helpful and kind owners, colorful and welcoming place, well cooked dishes, excellent house wine, very good starters, pizza and meat, really super grilled ribeye!!!!! and then they are animal lovers and this does them credit! !! good quality/price ratio. I recommend it
20/11/2024: Typical Tuscan trattoria in the center that makes both pizzas and (ti) pici all'aglione, the latter worth trying! A place also frequented by locals, the warm atmosphere also includes live music. Friendly staff and average service, only the presence of a cover charge needs to be specified better in the menu. Homemade desserts are also recommended.
