We had a wonderful evening at Pizzeria 2001. We enjoyed a seafood platter as a starter, the fish of the day baked in the oven, a mixed salad, and a delicious cake for dessert. We also had a good house white wine and beer. The restaurant's ambiance is rather rustic; you sit outside on plastic chairs, which actually makes it feel more like home and authentic Italy. If it weren't our last evening here on Elba, we would come back immediately! Thank you, it was wonderful! One small note: they didn't have pizza when we visited. The owner, Franco, informed us of this at the beginning, but we wanted to have fish anyway.

Truly old-fashioned and genuine. No overblown friendliness or faded, empty etiquette. Opened bottles of wine are placed on the table for you to pour yourself. And...the food was fantastic. They clearly pay a lot of attention to quality. We were there two days ago, and we're going back tonight. I hope they found my forgotten cap...

22/01/2026: First time eating pizza with friends. I have to say the pizza is good and easy to digest. The service is good, and the prices are average. The only downside, though this is purely a personal issue, is that the space is large and there are a lot of seats, so it's a bit noisy.
