Allora amici è vero siamo nella città del vitello tonnato ma chi l'ha detto che si fa solo con il girello assaggiate il vitel tonnato del Perotti lo fa con un prosciutto buonissimo sapido al punto giusto gustosissimo provare per credere

25/12/2024: Located in the center of Ivrea, this place offers the possibility of a pleasant break. The staff is kind and welcoming. Definitely good quality products.

30/03/2025: The place is welcoming and elegant, with an intimate atmosphere perfect for a special evening. The menu is refined and well-balanced, with dishes that combine tradition and innovation in an impeccable way. The cocktails are a real strong point: original, well-measured and designed to perfectly accompany each dish. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable, always ready to recommend the best combination of food and drink. A unique gastronomic experience, absolutely worth trying. I can't wait to go back!
27/03/2025: Amazing experience! The restaurant has an elegant and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends. The menu is studied down to the smallest detail, with creative dishes and high quality ingredients. The wine selection is excellent and the cocktails are refined and well balanced. The staff is attentive, professional and always available to recommend the best food-wine pairing. A true gem not to be missed! I will definitely come back.
