26/01/2025: Behind Piazza del Campo there is a delicatessen that is honest in terms of price and type of products. I really liked that they framed all the thoughts and drawings from past customers (some truly the artists). Don't be surprised if there are so many "rules" and instructions on how to behave inside the venue, but I imagine that, especially during the days of the palio and when there is a large influx of tourists, it is important to maintain order and discipline while still guaranteeing quality in the service. The only sore point is the ribollita: in my personal taste, I am fond of the more liquid and soup version, but instead I found it more solid, like "mush" rather than tomato, than ribollita. Very good cured meats.

29/12/2024: I must say that I had a really good dinner in this place, very welcoming even aesthetically with decorations for the Christmas holidays. We soon have crostini, a cutting board, a ribollita and tomato soup with two glasses of wine. It was a nice culinary experience with homemade quality just a few steps from Piazza del Campo. Five stars.
