22/01/2025: A place of peace and relaxation, the only flaw in my opinion was too many people and what's more, in some facilities the water was too cold. Still wonderful place, kind people and clean!

20/01/2025: I used the SPA in shared use. Unfortunately, given a cost that is not within everyone's budget, I found some shortcomings: changing rooms that were too small and too crowded. Little space to place bags and backpacks, there is only one bathroom without a window and three showers in poor condition with encrustations and broken latches. Non-functioning Roman bath, sauna with (almost) broken bench, relaxation area full of dirty cups and glasses, rubbish bin full of waste coming out, little assortment of snacks and drinks. On the other hand, I found a lot of kindness and competence from the staff at reception.
