Personally I use this bar in the morning to have breakfast during my commute. Find a welcoming environment, friendly and helpful people. The top quality pastries and even the savory dishes are never disappointing. Only once did I happen to stop for lunch but, busy with work commitments, I had to settle for generic desalinated food which I still found to meet the criteria of maximum product quality and availability of staff

I stopped in a bit of a hurry for a latte and I must say that I had an excellent impression because although the bar was crowded, even outside on the terrace, I was served quickly both at the cash register and at the counter, with great friendliness. and friendliness above all from the bartender (also handsome, it must be said!) who has the to bring joy to the whole place! Ci siamo fermati per caso durante una gita in bici. Abbiamo preso due schiacciatone farcite (schiacciata fatta da loro) e due gelati artigianali (tipo magnum) sempre fatti da loro, freschezza e qualità degli alimenti eccellente e anche molto cordiali.

Ci siamo fermati per caso per colazione ed è stata una sorpresa piacevolissima: cappuccino perfetto, con schiuma ferma e caffè non amaro, sfoglie alla mela fatte da loro caramellate e al punto giusto e gustose. Al momento il miglior bar di Pisa e del litorale. Torneremo per assaggiare le torte che avevamo un aspetto molto invitante.

11/08/2024: Ristorantino scoperto per caso. Non molto grande, ma molto accogliente. Ha anche uno spazio esterno, ma abbiamo cenato all’interno con l’aria condizionata. Il menù ha 4-5 proposte per ogni portata, sia di carne e di pesce. Molto buone le tagliatelle con ragù di cinta senese e il calamaro alla massese servito con una deliziosa salsina. Servizio solerte e attento al cliente. Ottimo il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Ci torneremo sicuramente per assaggiare la cucina georgiana che il titolare ci ha detto che va prenotata appositamente.
16/07/2024: Clean restaurant, very nice and well-kept environment. Maia is a very good cook. Its dishes are well represented, made with quality products and are very tasty. Honest prices. If you want to do something special you are in the right place because you can taste Georgian dishes paired with Georgian wines. I tell you as a Georgian that they are really good and made properly. Many thanks for a wonderful evening.

17/08/2024: Unfortunately we couldn't arrive in time for the spectacular sunset view (a must try), but we immediately consoled ourselves with an excellent appetizer (vegan option available) and one of the (three) best pizzas I've ever eaten in Tuscany. Fragrant on the outside and soft on the inside, perfect edge, handmade tomato puree - state of the art.. And mine was heart-shaped, bonus! Vegan option also among desserts. Always attentive and pleasant service. Successful evening.
13/08/2024: Mara has a bit of a punch, but after the exceptional pizzas and the view, it's the highlight of the place 😁
