I can only agree with the opinions on cleanliness, quality, and selection. I'm giving it 5 stars for this, but I would like better queue management, as the barista is very "friendly," and this comment is based on three non-consecutive days this week, including today.

Unrivaled pastry shop. Excellent coffee and cappuccino.

One of the best pastry shops in Bologna with an adjoining bar. They make their own cakes and savory treats of all kinds for any occasion. I ordered a variety of sweet and savory treats for my daughters' graduation party. The pastry chef offers excellent advice and may even create a cake with your own flavors! Do you know what the name means? Ask the pastry chef directly...

I frequent this pastry shop daily and stumbled upon the reviews while looking for their phone number. It's true that everyone deserves their opinion, but it's also true that writing a negative review just for the sake of it is pointless. Cleanliness: always clean; if those who finish their order were polite and returned their tray to the counter, it would be top notch; we should give one-star reviews to those who don't, not the bar. They don't accept dogs: with the "I'm welcome" photo on the door, I'd say the review is fake. Meringue cake: what do you think was supposed to be inside? Did you ask? No. Obviously, the bar should have told you... one star for you too. Cardboard pastry shop: cardboard so fragrant it can be felt from the church to the Coop; one star for you too. Oh, and one more thing... if you stop by on a Monday afternoon when it's closed, there's a cleaning company that cleans inside, outside, and the kitchen. So one star for everyone who writes things that don't correspond to reality. Oh...there's also a bathroom inside, clean, where you can go even if you don't use anything. And they're not my relatives. Then if you give everyone one star in your reviews...that might be a different story.
