I'm also happy to come here because you can feel empathy with those who work there 🤗✨ Carol and Francesca are truly gracious and kind with the customers, what I always appreciate is their availability even if the place is full, also you can stop to consume peacefully outside at the table with serenity and even stay longer than necessary without being asked to get up after consuming.. as often happens in an unpleasant way in other establishments in the area!! A place I stumbled upon by chance. A bit small but very functional. The barmaid serving coffee, despite being busy, was very kind and professional. I had an excellent cappuccino and an exceptional whole wheat croissant. The place is located behind the Regina Margherita Hospital, not far from the Policlinico metro station. It had a nice counter selling sandwiches, croissants, pasta portions, and delicious looking diner-style main courses. A place I recommend.

A truly positive experience, everything is fresh and delicious. The stuffed pangoccioli are amazing. The staff is very kind and helpful. I've been there several times and it's always delicious.

Excellent pastry shop, fair prices, friendly staff and good products

Based on the rave reviews, I went to this pastry shop for a croissant. I was very surprised because everything about it seemed anything but good. The dough was very hard; croissants should be soft and have excellent leavening. This one was really hard and it made me sick. They look beautiful, but on the palate, they were doughy and hard to digest. Sorry, but croissants are a completely different story for me. I'm sorry, I wouldn't go back.
