A fantastic pastry shop, a must-visit for cyclists who happily brave the descent to Cerbaia for its pastries, and the inevitable subsequent climb, reinvigorated by the sweet refreshment. The friendly and helpful staff, packed on Sunday mornings, will captivate you with its cheerful, bustling atmosphere.

If I could give this place 100 stars I would! Amazing pastries, wide selection, great prices (mignone are around €1 each), and the staff are friendly and quick. My husband and I recently moved to the area and we go here 3 times a week. It’s one of the highlights of living here for us! The tiramisu is my favorite, and the mignon chantilly is his favorite. If we never move back to the US it’s because we couldn’t part from this place. We ❤️ Bar Pimpina!

I very rarely leave reviews but Bar Pimpina deserves it: Staff - 10/10 Food - 10/10 Vibes - 10/10 Overall definitely 5/5 stars. I know it's a bit of a hual from Florence but if you're in the area definitely stop by.
