I didn't eat any desserts but I had an excellent savory aperitif that I'll definitely repeat.

Disappointed. The donuts were practically empty; you had to search for the cream with a lantern. Even the brioches, which were full of cream when the shop opened, were lacking today. This isn't good. I'll give you another chance.

The place is very nice, the girls at the cash register and bar are really quick and kind, and the cappuccino is good. It's a shame about the pastries: a dry pain au chocolate that tasted burnt (which they immediately changed for me at the cashier, which isn't a given) and a pistachio croissant that seems to be made of bread. They're like the pastries you find in all the little cafes in Bologna, which don't taste fresh, and since it's a pastry shop, I expected something better. I don't think we'll be back.

The quality of the products continues to be excellent, and I'm very happy to have my favorite pastry shop close to where I work. The customer traffic is truly remarkable (and justified), and I think the staff behind the counter does an excellent job. Sara is always smiling and very professional.
