It is rare for a pizzeria to have a sommelier, here instead we were lucky enough to find Lorenzo who in addition to recommending an excellent wine accompanied it with a detailed explanation and a state-of-the-art service

09/02/2025: A nice pizzeria in a modern context. All managed by young and recently renovated local staff. Very bright and some might say too much but it is a pizzeria and that's fine, also because a beautiful piano bar stands out at the end of the room, which also serves cocktails. The menu and the selection of dishes are correct, they don't have a wine list yet but the waiter was very kind in accompanying me to the cellar to explain what they had and to let me choose the most suitable one. Note of merit both for the availability and for the selection of wines. I chose a classic method from Donna Fugata, which is perfect in combination with pizza because the bubbles play their part well... drinking it without eating anything is a little too acidic and risks tiring drinking. For pizza we had a capricciosa and a gourmet Tuna. Both are excellent, the dough is really super, it doesn't tire you and the ingredients are refined. I count 53 euros for two, so more than fair, considering the wine (28 euros) and water. I recommend it because you feel truly pampered by the staff who work there and the atmosphere is very pleasant, I will return.
