Today my husband and I had lunch in the "Osteria San Pietro" located in the center of Sasso Caveoso... excellent food, plentiful, tasty, and fresh, quality products. Attentive staff. An environment made joyful by Matera music and the friendliness of the owner who is always present and attentive to customers. Congratulations! Considering that the cost is also honest, I recommend stopping for lunch to check it out.

The place is small inside, but still very pleasant. The staff is very kind and very approachable, above all it is very pleasant to appreciate the cheerfulness that comes from the kitchens, which are open to sight. The portions are very generous and the dishes delicious, the quality/price ratio is really excellent! Highly recommended!!

Excellent place to have lunch, we took the fixed menu (€12 per person) with the addition of wine, dessert and coffee for a total of around twenty euros each and we left satisfied with everything.

19/10/2024: Family-run butcher's grill, I've only been once but I will definitely return, in addition to the food which is excellent and well cooked, kindness and courtesy reign in this place. I recommend it.
13/08/2024: The quality of the meat and roast is good, but the fact that there is no table service for setting or clearing the table is inconvenient.
