The ambiance is meticulously crafted: elegant yet welcoming furnishings immediately lend the place a bold and refined character. As soon as you enter, you're greeted by a warm and contemporary atmosphere, perfect for a special evening. We chose the chef's à la carte menu and were thrilled: each dish was a surprise, a little journey of flavors carefully crafted and presented. You could sense the passion, technique, and desire to offer guests a truly unique culinary experience. Their zero-mile—or rather, zero-mile—guinea fowl was out of this world, not to mention Rita's Parmigiana! Each dish was paired with a matching glass of wine. Well done! These two guys are truly talented; the cuisine is refined and original, while also offering traditional dishes. The food is excellent, and the wine list is extensive. It's not an osteria, so don't expect low prices. Matteo is a Michelin-starred chef who has demonstrated a great passion for cooking and developed an appealing menu. Reservations are required. A recently opened restaurant with a satisfying menu and a wide selection of dishes. Desserts are made to order, and you're asked to order before other courses. The food quality is excellent. My only complaint is that the service is a bit slow. It feels like there's a lack of staff, both in the kitchen and in the dining room.
