I can only leave a great review because they truly deserve it.
I was immediately impressed by the location and the welcome I received.
I tried the tasting menu and all the dishes amazed me with their taste and presentation.
I'll be back soon to try other delicacies. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We returned last month and dined in the outdoor garden with balanced and original dishes made with natural, fresh ingredients from their own garden.
Chef Matteo Sivero has created an elegant, revitalizing, and very pleasant atmosphere both inside and out, all accompanied by excellent background music.
The chef's mastery in creating the dishes is sublime, and the Fish Tiramisu and Gazpacho are my favorites.
But the desserts are equally as impressive, especially the Amalfi and Chocolate tarts, spices, travels, and childhood memories.
Fantastic dinner, impeccable and very professional service.
Definitely worth returning.

My husband and I were invited to Matteo Sivero's Osterita restaurant.
The restaurant was recently renovated.
Matteo has created a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere both inside and out.
We ate divinely.
Chef Matteo's care and attention to detail is evident in every dish.
The agnolotti are my favorite. Must try! 😋
The dessert, "reminiscent of a Sicilian cassata," was an absolute pleasure.
The staff was very attentive, impeccable but not intrusive.

A charming restaurant with a relaxing atmosphere. The service is excellent and the food is truly delicious! The ingredients come from their garden, and you can see the staff picking basil and tomatoes... freshness guaranteed!
The chef also delights us with small tastings of his refined cuisine.
This deserves another Michelin star!

This is our second time dining here.
Chef Matteo Sivero offers a truly interesting and engaging journey of flavors every time. A delight for the palate.
The five stars (which I almost never award) are absolutely deserved.
Impeccable and highly professional service.
It's a shame about the restaurant's location, but you can't have everything.
Really good, though.
We'll definitely be back.
