The staff is young, kind, and truly welcoming, with special attention to everyone. Even on the busiest evenings, they maintain a warm, cheerful service, something rare these days. The option of dining later than average in the area is also greatly appreciated. The space is small but welcoming; if you're with a large group, it's best to reserve a table, especially for the restaurant area. The outdoor seating is lovely on nice days, away from the chaos but still just a stone's throw from the city center. The selection of beers and wines is also good, with fair prices and in line with the quality. In short: a simple yet refined, authentic place with a relaxed and inclusive atmosphere. Perfect for those who want to eat well, feel welcome, and discover a corner of Bolzano that has endured through time and in the soul. Highly recommended!

The only osteria in Bolzano where you can enjoy a welcoming and lively atmosphere, eat good food, drink a lot, and feel at home with friends. Roberto and his colleagues know how to welcome guests with professionalism while also breaking the mold and making everything very personal. Great music, and sometimes various artistic initiatives. A place where you can truly feel at home.

If you're looking for authentic, innovative, and heartily cooked Italian food, this is the place to be. We had lunch there, received a warm welcome, and excellent advice. And the food was delicious. We'll be back next time we're in Bolzano.
