11/12/2025: Tonight, my son Manuel and I entered Osteria Dalì as if into a place of the soul, where everything—lights, aromas, voices—seemed arranged with an ancient kindness. Francesco, the owner and a friend of Manuel's, welcomed us with the sincere warmth that makes us feel at home. The dishes, simple and profound, had the flavor of things truly loved. Manuel observed them with his silent attention, and as I watched him, I felt that dinner was a small gift: a moment of peace, a fragment of happiness. We left with lighter hearts, as if the evening had gifted us not only excellent food, but a discreet beauty to take away with us.
