Cheap big sandwiches. Different varieties to choose from but the miles are the best. The beer is relatively expensive compared to the sandwich. The terrace is on a major road but the view is magnificent towards the sea and the harbor

La Milese is an Alghero institution. The namesake sandwich is a must-try (it's reminiscent of both Sicilian pani cunzato and Provençal pain bagnat). The place itself is self-service, but I think that's the only way to serve the many customers who flock to La Milese every day.

A lovely spot for a sundowner in Alghero. They offer snacks to accompany your drink, which we loved. There's a wide selection of drinks: cocktails, many types of spritz, wines, beers, etc.

My only regret is that we did not find this focacceria earlier in our trip to Alghero! There is a consistent queue but it moves quickly and efficiently. They have a great variety of options that are made fresh throughout the day. And they also offer great baked goods! All for a very good price!

Che locale interessante dove la cultura ma anche la tradizione culinaria (e non solo) sono al servizio del turismo come promozione positiva. Si mangia questo pane locale (focaccia) a mo di panino. Buona, apprezzabile e sopratutto gustosa. Dal bancone è possibile vedere come viene confezionato. Locale bello, caratteristico praticamente sul porto. Una nota al cantante che dalla cucina ci ha allietato con la sua voce e le sue canzoni….. un aspetto di vita che si nota per chi non vive di solo pane….

Muy recomendable bar - justo al lado de la carretera frente a la entrada del casco antiguo, con vistas al mar. Parada para una cerveza - solo € 3. 50 por 66 cl - y también recibimos una pequeña bandeja de deliciosos mordiscos por un extra de € 1 , maravilloso valor en comparación con el casco antiguo. El bar estaba lleno, muchos locales, disfrutando de la gran gama de Focaccia, pero la rotación rápida de los clientes, así que todo bien.
