The property is beautiful, lovingly cared for down to the smallest detail; the atmosphere is warm, enveloping, and made even more magical by the refined jazz background that pleasantly accompanies our stay. ​The real highlight, however, is the cuisine. As a vegan for seven years, I can say with certainty that I have rarely encountered such attention and sensitivity: Chef Locatelli is a true artist, capable of transforming quality raw ingredients into authentic culinary masterpieces. ​The proof? My partner, who is not vegan, was literally amazed: he had to change his mind dish after dish, won over by the intense and creative flavors. ​I highly recommend POLISENA L'Altro Agriturismo to anyone looking for a regenerating weekend escape or even just an unforgettable dinner. A place where ethics meets haute cuisine.
