The best rotisserie I've tried in Palermo

A hidden gem with excellent pastries and clearly a local hotspot. If you’re at all in the neighborhood make sure you pop in and try the delicious Genovesi Ericine ! Staff are friendly and although they don’t all speak anything other than Italian you can get by with just pointing to what you want. Very decent prices, we bought a pastry, two bottles of water and two cans of lemonade for just 7 euros.

Very welcoming place, they serve you the rotisserie pieces right away, they let you enjoy the fried and baked calzones, both of which have very stringy mozzarella, if you're lucky you'll even find ravazzata. The arancini are really, really good. If you come at 2, you'll find almost nothing, but the goodness is always there. For me, this place deserves a full 5 stars.

Delicious rotisserie pieces!!!! Truly the number 1 in Palermo... I recommend you never change your way of cooking!!!!
