Great place for a stop and a good snack. It's out of the way, so it's very convenient. The schiacciata with porchetta was truly excellent. The schiacciata was very soft and tasty, definitely good even without anything inside. The porchetta was also really good. Prices are higher than average, but that's okay. The place is a little dated but well-kept. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I've known La Speranza, a true historic icon, for almost four decades. The selection of cured meats and cheeses is excellent, but above all, the quality of the service is combined with an unpredictable kindness that endures over time. Each sandwich is prepared with the utmost care for each customer. Not to be missed.

19/01/2026: A small, elegantly decorated restaurant, ethical, organic food, and a very good location. Local products are on sale. Many of the dishes are packaged in special felt boxes, which are also for sale. Perhaps the only restaurant worth visiting in Chiusi.
05/01/2026: Refined dishes, excellent service, in short, you eat well and have a great time, what more could you want? A must-visit when you come to Chiusi ❤️. Highly recommended!
