Bar La Piazzetta In Bormio

It was Sunday. Most restaurants were closed until 6:00 PM. That's how we found this lovely restaurant. Friendly service and super good pasta.

Had great coffee and cakes. Staff and our waiter were lovely and helpful.

This is our favorite coffee shop in Bormio. The lady at the cashier and her son are extremely nice and pleasant and the service is kind and helpful. The price for coffee is very honest and they don’t charge extra if you drink it while seated which is what many coffee shops in Italy do. The food we had for lunch was very tasty and even though it was well past the lunchtime they reopened the kitchen for us. The selection of cakes and semifreddi at the counter is diverse and really tempting. It is definitely going to be the next thing to try on our list!
