Best aranchino in town. Our hotel adviced us here as a local recommendation and the taste is really original, staff is polite. I like the “carne” one.

A great café that we keep coming back to! The staff is always very friendly and helpful – even though we don’t speak the local language, communication is never a problem. The coffee and pastries are delicious, and they also serve amazing arancini. Highly recommended!

Si estás en Trapani y quieres probar una auténtica arancina, el Bar Incontro es una parada imperdible. Situado en Via Archi, es un lugar sencillo, sin lujos, pero con un corazón palpitante de sabores auténticos y tradición siciliana. Los arancini son los auténticos protagonistas: crujientes por fuera, dorados a la perfección y con un relleno rico, sabroso y equilibrado. La versión ragú es un clásico atemporal, con carne tierna y una salsa espesa y fragante. Pero también vale la pena probar las variantes con jamón y mozzarella o con salchicha y champiñones: cada arancina tiene su propia alma y todas cuentan la misma historia de cuidado e ingredientes genuinos. El personal es cortés y rápido, y el ambiente es cálido y agradable, típico de los bares de barrio. ¿Los precios? Seamos sinceros: con unos pocos euros puedes tomar un tentempié o incluso una comida completa. En conclusión, Bar Incontro no decepciona.
