Simple bar, specializing in arancini. I asked for a cappuccino with dry lactose milk and it was not available. The cappuccino was more like a latte. Prices above the norm.

Gran bella esposizione di dolce e salato ma la cosa che abbiamo apprezzato di più è stata la bontà delle leccornie che abbiamo assaggiato..anzi..vista la prelibatezza direi divorato. Non ricordo i nomi dei dolci ma provo a descriverli.. uno (in verità in 4 persone ne abbiamo presi 6) sembravano dei ravioli ripieni di ricotta e cioccolata poi abbiamo preso 2 “genovesi” ripieni di crema un “panino”con la nutella ed un fagottino al cioccolato…tre caffè ed un latte macchiato. Tutto Top. Bello essere accolti così a Trapani (noi di Roma)

Typical Sicilian diner! Friendly and helpful staff. I definitely recommend trying their arancini! We took them to take away, but there are also a few tables where you can eat them on site. Mandatory stop for anyone passing through Trapani!

A week spent in Trapani, every morning the same bar that captured us with the quality of its products, the hospitality of the staff and fair prices, highly recommended if you want to have a normal breakfast with coffee and desserts or have lunch with their formidable first courses and their arancina with a unique flavour

08/11/2024: The burger is of average quality, but it's worth eating pane cunzato - very good bread.
30/10/2024: Great restaurant in former 18th Century mansion, caters for diners in the courtyard but also has a rear terrace which overlooks the bay. Great service from Claudia, Dario and the other ragazzi! Superb food. Highlights are: Seafood soup (zuppa di pesce) which is almost like fish stew served with delicious fried bread, beccafico (sardines stuffed with breadcrumbs, pine nuts and served with orange), Linguine with sea urchins (ricci di mare), local pasta busiate with the Sicilian traditional ingredients of sardines, fennel, raisins, pine nuts and breadcrumbs, linguine with red mullet (troglie) and fennel. Great wine - try the Grillo. And don't forget a super strong caffe to finish up with!

06/01/2025: We went after a tour of the Archaeological park, excellent quality food and fish caught of the day, I would have preferred another type of dessert as I didn't find ricotta suitable for that type of meal, otherwise everything was truly delicious, we will definitely be back!
17/11/2024: Surprised to have had so much to eat for a formula that barely cost €30. Unlimited wine and 5 dishes filled with fish caught the same day, perfectly cooked. If you have a big appetite, then this is the place for you.
