Bar Il Veliero In Messina

I had the pleasure of making a quick stop at this charming, slightly old-fashioned bar while waiting for the ferry. It's a place that captures the feel of a bygone era with its traditional decor and a touch of nostalgia. The bar is well stocked, offering a wide selection of drinks, including a variety of wines, beers, slushies but my visit was short and I opted for a simple bottle of water and a strawberry slushie. An interesting aspect of this bar is that it also serves as a canteen. The staff was courteous and helpful, and the atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. Even though my visit was short, I could sense the charm of this ancient bar and its important role as a reference point for travelers waiting for the ferry.
