Ice cream here is nice (if anything a bit too sweet) and we stopped by several times in different days. The reason for the three stars is because of the lady at the till who told me I should not use a card to pay for a coffee, because of the low amount. Not only this is not legal in Italy to my knowledge, but any card fee is a frictional cost that businesses charge back to customers, so it should not represent a problem. Further point is that the lady was still unhappy after I told her that the coffee was following an 18 euros order I had just finished consuming. So, you’re welcome to go there and enjoy an ice cream, but be mindful about how you might be treated at the money of paying

Ci siamo fermati a prendere due granite e devo dire che sono state le migliori che abbia mai mangiato. Quella al melone aveva proprio il gusto del frutto e si sentiva che era fatta artigianalmente e non con gli sciroppi come in molti altri posti, lo stesso quella all’anguria. Hanno 6 gusti (gelso e melograno costano 0.50 cent in più) ma sono veramente buonissime. Sicuramente ci torneremo.

Caffè Ruggieri is a guarantee for a quality break: excellent products, fresh pastries, and a truly curated selection of coffees. The café is welcoming, well-maintained, and in a central location, perfect for a stop during a stroll. Service is prompt, if sometimes a little aloof. Overall, a very pleasant experience that's definitely worth repeating!

Excellent gelato with a wide variety of flavors, a must try!
I'm giving it 3 stars because my daughter ordered a milkshake, which she immediately left because it was warm. When I pointed this out to the waiter, he replied: "Company policy dictates we make it this way, and we make it this way, I can't do anything about it."
When I realized they wouldn't replace the milkshake for me, and these people don't understand milkshakes!
