We had lunch at Lucchese for six of us. Excellent service. Giuseppe, who served us, was very kind and gave us tons of tips for both sampling typical dishes and other recommendations for how and where to get around Palermo!

Food: We tried several typical Palermo dishes. The cannoli were fabulous.
Service: At times, it seemed like they were ignoring us, even when we approached them to order food or ask for the bill. A waiter walked past the parasol pole and moved it, and since it was raining, some water dripped on us or the table.
The restaurant has a bathroom, which was reasonably clean. The food displays were clean and well-organized to attract attention.

Historic café located in one of Palermo's most famous squares, which is also a pedestrian area. It offers a wide variety of products, from sweet to savory. Delicatessen, croissants, ice cream, pastries, coffee, and more. At lunchtime, they also offer ready-made hot dishes or express first and second courses. Service is attentive and unobtrusive. Prices are in line with the quality of the products offered.
