11/01/2025: Winter afternoon in the SPA/wellness, everything was very good: structure, staff, service🔝, the only flaw, but unfortunately this is not the responsibility of the property to choose the customers!!! There are many rude people who do not know the culture of relaxation / SPA, which is to be understood as a place of rest and "regeneration". Unfortunately in Italy there are still many rude people, in this case rude people who would be better off going to the bar to chat, laughing, screaming….ooooooohhhh IT IS NOT A MUNICIPAL SWIMMING POOL nor the Romagna Riviera in summer. A group of 3/4 VERY VERY BAD D U C A T E girls!! Furthermore, congratulations to the staff for how they handled the situation.

05/01/2025: As a couple we tried the SPA and massage package, a very welcoming structure, with attention to the smallest details. The SPA is not very large but complete with everything, ideal for a relaxing morning completed by a pleasant massage. Super-trained and kind staff, cleanliness and courtesy are at home here. Exterior of the structure renovated down to the smallest detail, an investment repaid by the beauty of the place.
