Bar Gelateria "Il Lago" di Bertocchi Luca In Ligonchio

21/10/2025: A very beautiful park, partly grassy and partly wooded, with a picnic and barbecue area. It sits on top of a hill, offering beautiful views of both the Reggio Emilia plain and the hills towards the Apennines. There's also a bar/restaurant. The only downside is the outdoor restrooms, which are in absolutely TERRIBLE condition, clearly not cleaned in a while and full of cobwebs. The outdoor restroom next to the bar (which isn't actually part of the bar, I understand) also wasn't very nice, even though it was morning and the park was still mostly empty. Otherwise, it's definitely worth a visit; it's a beautiful oasis just a short distance from Reggio Emilia. Five stars for the park, one star for the restrooms.

25/09/2025: Roncolo Park has always been beautiful, but unfortunately in recent years it hasn't been looked after as it should be. It's been left to decay. The paths are increasingly abandoned, and they all tend to close. Very little maintenance is needed, which is a shame.
