Family-run pastry bar. A little outside the centre, which is why it is also frequented by locals. Best granitas and almond paste I've ever eaten, and I've been to Sicily 4 times. I returned after a few years and the quality remained excellent. Sometimes ancient tastes without trying all the costs for sometimes curious combinations. It's fine for there to be innovation and contamination but it's equally fine for something to remain original. The latter is our case.
