Excellent experience regarding the quality of the food "Gnocchi al Blue d'Aoste" and "Tagliata d'Angus" SUPER. We were welcomed with great kindness and courtesy. Highly recommended!!!

I tried the Blanche Bistrot a few minutes after arriving in Gressoney La Trinité for the first time and I was incredibly amazed 🤩 The view from the room and the bar are stupendous, the dishes (because once I tried it it was difficult for me not to go back) are unique: starting from the ingredients, to the plating, to the service and above all to the flavour! Personally, I have always chosen dishes containing local ingredients including hamburgers, Aosta Valley cutlet and fassona steak with yolk mousse... wow! The bar service was also extremely pleasant, between one game and another there was the opportunity to chat with the managers and the room staff, who were very friendly and helpful. I really think I'll be back.

Every year we stop in this bistro. We always had a good time. I liked the Gressonaro sandwich a lot. Not to mention the tiramisu.

Warm and welcoming place, super friendly staff who can accommodate even small requests (I have a 3 year old girl who doesn't eat everything). Abundant dishes with prices in line with any other restaurant. Absolutely recommended for families and groups who want to stay in a jovial and peaceful atmosphere.
