Lunch in the outdoor area after skiing, great view, very kind staff, pet friendly, excellent beers and delicious food... we were tempted by the Pullet Pork burger cooked slowly with beer and whiskey... caramelized onions, cheddar, tomato and mayonnaise... accompanied by delicious French fries... nothing ordinary... Washed down with Blanche beer and a Radler... friendly and helpful managers... Highly recommended

Excellent food with good variety and a nice local twist. Gnocchi, burgers, baked potatoes and soup were all impeccable. The waitress was kind, welcoming and patient in explaining the dishes. The atmosphere is nice and cozy with plenty of windows.

During a recent visit to Blanche Bistrot in Gressoney-la-Trinité, we were surprised to find the place deserted for the entire evening, as we were the only customers there. However, the welcoming atmosphere and the attentive staff made the experience pleasant. The first courses, freshly prepared, stood out for their freshness and flavor. As for the second course, the sliced ​​meat was satisfactory, although not among the best we have ever tasted. Considering the quality of the dishes and the attentive staff, Blanche Bistrot certainly deserves a greater turnout. It is possible that the low attendance of customers is due to limited visibility or knowledge of the place. We highly recommend a visit to anyone in the area, to discover and support this quality restaurant.

An excellent address in Gressoney! Blanche Bistrot is a restaurant, but it is also a bar (Bar Favre) and a special place for aperitifs and cocktails. Food: the veal with tuna sauce is cooked to pink (excellent), the carbonade with polenta is perfect and the salads are rich and tasty. Great choice of beers, wines and cocktails: ask for advice on how to drink something truly special. To top it all, the staff: kind, helpful and attentive, they are open from 8 in the morning to 2 at night. Advised!!!
