I come to Palazzolo every year now for this bar... the town is very characteristic with beautiful churches but the desserts we find here at the infantino bar are first class! Pure enjoyment

What can I say...excellent quality! I frequented this place often during my time in Sicily and was thrilled. The granita with brioche is a highlight, but they're also no slouch with their savory options, from arancini to traditional focaccia. I'll focus on what really stood out to me: my favorite granitas, the mulberry and toasted almond one...impossible to pass up.

03/09/2025: The fish is incredibly fresh; we ordered fried fish to go and grilled fish to go. Competitive prices and excellent quality. Next time, we'll try the raw fish and seafood couscous.
03/09/2025: We bought some fish and shellfish so we could cook them ourselves at our leisure... (You can also order ready-made dishes to take away, or to eat on site at a set time). The fish was fresh and delicious, the prices were fair, and the very kind owner even put aside the clams and mussels that hadn't arrived yet... Highly recommended.

08/01/2026: Very nice vegan spot. I stopped by for dessert and enjoyed a quiet moment on the couch with a cappuccino and a vegan cannolo. While I personally prefer the traditional version, I’m glad I tried it. The lady there was very kind and welcoming. I’d be curious to try their food next time, despite the mixed reviews.
06/01/2026: Refreshingly different and beautifully created. Some of the best cocktails in Sicily.
