Bar del Corso In Rosolini

I happened to be in Rosolini and decided to have dinner at this place. The food was delicious; I had a tartare and a really good carpaccio. The drinks were also top-notch, with a selection of over 50 gins, explained thoroughly by the excellent staff.

The staff is super nice and helpful. Although they don't specialize in vegetarian food, they offered us many delicious options. The location is very authentic. All in all we liked it very much 😊

We discovered it while passing through since we were staying in town. The atmosphere is lovely, being outdoors, in what feels like a sort of living room in the middle of town. The staff are friendly, and the dishes you wouldn't expect from a wine bar. The revisited Gyoza with pork cheek and fondue are a must-try. The meat is excellent, and the portions are generous. The desserts are also truly unique. Recommended.

I Versi Wine Bar has become my absolute favorite spot in my hometown (and surrounding area). It’s the kind of place where everything just works perfectly together — food, wine, cocktails, and service. The food never misses: I’ve tried almost everything on the menu, and it has always been excellent. Their options range from gourmet sandwiches to meat dishes and more, and everything I’ve had has been consistently outstanding. Among them, the pulled pork sandwich is one of my favorites — comfort food at its best, but made with real care. The wine list is clearly well thought out and carefully picked, with great choices across the board. I usually ask for a recommendation, and it’s always spot on. The wine is always perfectly chosen — I can be pretty picky, yet I’ve never had a wrong glass (or bottle 😁) here. And the cocktails are crafted with real mixology skill, easily standing up to the best I’ve had in the US, where I live. What really makes it special is the atmosphere: friendly, welcoming, and clearly built on passion. You can tell they truly love what they do, and it shows in every detail. Whether you’re in for dinner, a glass of wine, or just a cocktail, you always leave wanting to come back.

One of my absolute favorite places! Every time I return, I find the same impeccable quality and warm atmosphere that distinguishes it. The chef is a true master: carefully crafted, creative dishes, always balanced in flavor. In particular, this appetizer (my favorite) is a masterpiece of crispiness and flavor. The cocktails are a pleasant surprise: carefully crafted and perfect paired with the dishes. The sommelier is highly knowledgeable and guides the wine selection with passion and expertise. The waiters are professional, smiling, and always attentive to every need: a service that truly makes the difference. The highest quality, friendliness, and professionalism in every aspect. A place where it's always a pleasure to return... and one that's hard to leave!

I visited Versi Wind Bar in Rosolini and had a wonderful time. Kudos to the platters, filled with carefully selected, high-quality products, and the carefully chosen wine, which perfectly complements any pairing. But the real highlight are the cocktails: spectacular, meticulously crafted, and so delicious they're captivating from the first sip. The service was friendly and the atmosphere welcoming. I'll definitely be back!

A truly delicious place where Maurizio will know how to make you taste excellent wine accompanied by a delicious and varied appetizer. Pleasantly impressed, we will return to taste the gourmet sandwiches that we saw the neighbors at the table eating.
