Hi, I'm Alberto. This evening, Friday, July 25th, I went with my partner and four other friends to dinner at Da Valerio's Bar and Pizzeria in Strati di Eraclea. I actually had two pizzas, made with top-quality ingredients—special pizzas I haven't found anywhere else, but here they are. The pizza chef is excellent, and even the person who takes care of the toppings after cooking, preparing them with absolute attention to detail to enhance the taste and beauty even further, is unparalleled. And last but not least, the waitresses and staff, from Matteo to everyone. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND visiting them and trying all their delicious delicacies.

Oriental Bar

27/08/2025: Great location. 5-minute walk from St. Mark's Square. Excellent service. The concierge organized a private taxi tour for island hopping upon request, plus support on the individual islands. It all went very smoothly. We only had breakfast there, and that was very good. The room was cleaned immediately after we put the card on the door. The service is simply excellent, and the entire hotel is like a Venetian museum. Each department has its own theme. We are very happy to have booked here. There is nothing to complain about. The price is also very low for a 5-star hotel.
22/08/2025: An unforgettable experience in true Venetian tradition. Entering the Hotel Metropole is a dive into a world that blends Renaissance and Gothic styles. What a pleasure to savor a spritz in this setting that resembles a cabinet of curiosities. We were lucky enough to stay in a room overlooking the lagoon and the island of San Giorgio di Maggiore across the street. Memorable.

Casa Dea Corte

10/08/2025: A bit off the beaten track and quietly located with a lovely walled outdoor area, La Corte offers excellent food. The menu is small, but that's a plus. The dishes are partly classic, partly innovative, but always with that certain something. Highly recommended; the high ratings are well-deserved. Reservations are recommended for the evening. This won't be the last time we're there.
07/08/2025: Run, don’t walk to this hidden gem! We found this restaurant on Instagram and we are so glad that we did. Luckily, we got there early and were able to get seated right away. Elisa enter colleagues took great care of us. We started with the Cicchetti and La Caprese. We ordered the Pesto E Burratini and Gorgonzola Spect e Tartufo. Every bite was more delicious than the next. For dessert we shared a pistachio tiramisu. So delicious!! The atmosphere is very cool, so unique and original. Even the bathroom had its own vibe. I highly recommend this restaurant to anybody who loves an awesome dining experience!! Grazie mille, Chef!!
