We had coffee and breakfast here every morning. We had a drink every evening. They even sell Unicum. Krisztina, the lady serving, is very nice and attentive. Mainly locals come here. Family atmosphere.

06/11/2025: Had a wonderful lunch here, can only recommend it!
30/10/2025: The position of this restaurant first drew us to it as we wandered around the town. It is stunningly positioned on the ramparts with views to the distant hills and even the sea. Between lunch and dinner it acts as a bar - and there aren't many better places to have a drink. The menu looked interesting, so we came back in the evening and caught a stunning sunset. We also had some excellent food: four different ages of pecorino with local honey and pepper dip, wild boar stew and Tuscan beef washed down with local red wine, all delicious. The service was friendly and relaxed. Highly recommended.

Cigno Nero - Terraza Sul Lago

03/11/2025: It took me a week to write my review because I was searching for the right words. I couldn't find them!! My partner had told me about Signora Caterina's tortelli, but I wasn't expecting such a sublime dish. No flaws, the pasta, the filling, and the ragù literally won me over, so much so that I ordered a second helping. I'll be back as soon as I can; unfortunately, the distance from Rome doesn't allow me to be there every day. Truly something indescribable. Thank you so much, Signora Caterina, for your excellent cuisine and your hospitality.
22/09/2025: Good pizza and reasonable prices. The place is very large, though a bit dated. Outdoor dining is available in the summer. Service was acceptable, though not professional, but family-like. The desserts, though homemade, weren't exactly amazing... Free parking. We'll try again, perhaps in the summer evenings. We've visited the place again; the desserts aren't the best, but the pizza is good. The €2.80 cover charge is excessive!
