11/08/2024: Well done Ada!!! One of the very rare places in Valdarno, where the chef experiments, proposes himself, and gives something of himself to others, expressing himself with a dish. The tasting menu naturally offers a much broader range of flavors than the courses. Certainly more challenging for those who cook, but also decidedly more satisfying for those who taste. Furthermore, Ada is an exquisite person, available to talk about herself and explain her creations.
