Excellent Bar Restaurant in the center of Saluzzo, corner of Corso Italia, Via Silvio Pellico. Compliments to the staff, all very friendly and professional.

First time, a watered down spritz for 6 euros and the request to pay as soon as the order arrives doesn't make me feel like a customer. The service was good otherwise, good luck

Very nice, nice staff guys, a really nice place, 4 stars for the food because I didn't eat but I had an aperitif and the appetizers were very good

La Pentolaccia

21/06/2025: Passing through the area we couldn't book and La Pentolaccia was the only restaurant where we could have lunch. The environment was clean and beautiful, the dishes average, the price more or less ok.
29/05/2025: Reading the menu, you feel at home. Simple but excellent food that stimulates the desire to taste them all. It was, perhaps, a special day, due to the large amount of customers. The two areas that characterize the location were constantly and repeatedly full. This situation caused a delay in the service of the second course, for which we waited 52 minutes. But despite the long wait, the quality of the dishes exceeded expectations. Not to mention the quality/price ratio. An experience to repeat.

26/06/2025: A well of wisdom, the owner knows every secret of the valley and gives good directions as well as telling anecdotes about the area.
22/06/2025: Typical food well prepared. Clean and welcoming environment. Prices more than fair. Friendly and polite service. A pleasant surprise among so many foreign "tourist catching" restaurants. We will find the opportunity to return in large company!
