Fantastic location, right in the historic center of Orte. A magical place steeped in history. It feels like time stands still when you enjoy a wonderful pinsa like few in Italy can make. Not too thick, well cooked, and beautifully seasoned. Completing the magic are the courtesy and kindness of the staff, who, in a surprising way, demonstrate all the education that so many lack and would need.

Wonderful seating in the piazza under umbrellas if it’s not too hot or cold. A nice seating area inside if conditions outside don’t allow. Best cappuccino and selection of pastries in Orte. Great pinsa (crunchy crust Roman style pizza). Very friendly staff. Highly recommended.

It was a while that my mother and I wanted to come and eat pizza at Caffè Colonna, our friends recommended it to us, and after a few days we gladly returned... we ate outside in the little square, excellent courtesy service, the pizza was truly special and this is coming from someone who has a bit of trouble eating... See you next time Thanks to all the staff, keep it up...

The owner's kindness turned our evening around, we arrived in Orte during a major storm with almost all the places closed, here they welcomed us with a smile and two fabulous pinsas. The classic cacio è pepe and a delicious off-menu one with ortano artichoke and carbonara. Thank you 🥰

02/06/2025: Essendo ospiti del contiguo hotel Villa Tirreno, per le due cene dei nostri soggiorni, abbiamo deciso di affidarci al ristorante Horta, posto al piano terra della struttura. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti sotto ogni aspetto: cucina, servizio, atmosfera. Piatti, della tradizione e non, preparati perfettamente. Carne di gran qualità servita in maniera impeccabile. Il personale, composto esclusivamente da ragazzi, sempre pronto e disponibile, e sempre con il sorriso sul volto. Rapporto qualità/prezzo buono: circa 35€ per un pasto di due portate.

10/06/2025: I went back after a long time and I have to say that everything remained as it was. The giant pizza served on two plates is very good, light, thin and crunchy and you can easily finish it, average prices considering the size. The calzones are also very large Good light draft beer, I don't remember what it was. We didn't take the desserts but looking at them they seemed exquisite Characteristic and well-kept place. I highly recommend a visit.
02/05/2025: Advertised as the best pizzeria in Tuscia, this pizzeria does not disappoint expectations. The pizza is thin and really excellent, served on two plates for those who are hungry, but also available in a smaller version on request. The menu offers a wide variety of pizzas, accompanied by tasty appetizers, often offered in the lighter baked version rather than fried. The selection of beers is also good. The service is courteous and efficient. A pleasant discovery in an unexpected context.
