Bar Chance In Ferrara

Very nice and well-stocked bar. Despite the 5 stars I gave it, I'd like to offer some constructive criticism. When we asked for a small bowl of chips (no one was asking for a box of pretzels and pizzas), we were told that the two sguazzi (which still cost €3.50 each) weren't enough to get one. Honestly, I've never been refused a small bowl of chips anywhere else, even for just a Coke, and I don't think keeping the usual cheap bag behind the counter will lead to the bar closing (in fact, other comments also complain about these unpleasantnesses).
