Excellent pizza, fast service and friendly waiters.

Honestly, I can't understand how this branch only got three stars. My experience was fantastic! We got a Margherita to go for €9. For such a delicious pizza right at the main train station, that's an absolutely fair price. It was prepared very quickly, and we hardly had to wait. The staff was incredibly friendly and relaxed. Communication in English was no problem, whether you speak English or Italian – you can easily understand each other. The view of the station from the top is also really great. If we'd had more time, we definitely would have eaten inside. As it was, we took the pizza to go and enjoyed the station's architecture outside for a bit. Overall, the chain is really good, and the team here does a superb job. If you're craving a really good pizza at the train station: Highly recommended!

It certainly stands out from the rest of the station. The Neapolitan manager is professional and also friendly, but it's a shame about the rest of the staff. I bumped into the curly-haired brown-haired worker and the dark-haired one with long, straight hair (who also work at the cash register) and didn't appreciate their lack of friendliness. They almost seemed annoyed, bored. They giggled and gestured to each other. Their attitude, as well as their clothing, was inappropriate and unprofessional. It would also be nice to tie up their hair, especially since they also come to take orders and serve tables. It's often confusing who's the customer and who's the worker, but it's important to always keep this in mind.

Takeaway pizza ready in about 10 minutes, quite tasty for a "train station meal." Very friendly and efficient service. I highly recommend it on the go.
