Carbonetti Bar is nothing more than an annex of the house. Going in for a morning coffee is like sitting in your own kitchen with friends: the same tranquil atmosphere. If I want to add a dessert to my coffee, I'm spoiled for choice. I recommend a ciambellone (a ring cake) with its old-fashioned flavor and taste. You have to hurry, though, because it's so sought-after that it sells out quickly.
