Such a delightful place with wonderful servers. (Miriam- so kind!) We’ve been every morning of our stay.

I was in town for work a few days ago, and stopped in on a break. Highly recommended, friendly staff, and good food.

Great spot to sit outside and people watch. Only a short walk from La Scala / Duomo but the whole area has a lot of eateries.

I've never tasted such an original and delicious aperitif. And what about the location? The panoramic view and outdoor seating are breathtaking. I invite you to try this true gourmet spot.

If you are in the area get a seat but do not expect nothing special. Good chilling place, nothing more.

It's nothing special... Recommended by the Routard, surprising! Unfriendly server! A bit expensive for the price, even though in hindsight I think she made a mistake on our bill in our favor... The terrace setting is nice... To be debunked on a future visit; the service might be more pleasant!

Bar Brera, Milan – what a rollercoaster of expectations. We actually started the day here on a high note – popped in for lunch and had some seriously tasty panini and bruschetta. Great food, reasonable prices, and we left feeling happy and well-fed. Fast forward a few hours… after wandering through the Duomo and the Galleria, we decided to stop back in for three Hugos and a bottle of water before heading to our hotel. We thought, “Sure, maybe it’ll cost a bit more than lunch, but how bad could it be?” Well… bad. €14 per Hugo bad. Let’s just say we nearly spat the drink back in the glass with the shock we just had. Their explanation? “You’re in Milan.” Sorry, but that’s such a lazy excuse. This bar is over 1 km from the main tourist attractions, and yet they’re charging the same as some places right by the Duomo – except here you’re looking at a quiet street with nothing special in sight, not the cathedral or Galleria. We take responsibility for not checking the drink prices first, but honestly, with how fair their lunch prices were, we didn’t expect a huge jump. For comparison, other bars just a little further down were charging €8 for the same drink. Needless to say, we skipped coming back for dinner. This review isn’t just a rant – it’s a heads-up. Always check the menu, and if you visit here for a Hugo, be prepared to pay top tourist prices without the top tourist view.

A great stop in the heart of the Brera district. Authentic bartenders dominate the crowd. Perfect Aperol Spritz with a surprising snack.
