We have now chosen it as one of the aperitif places we can rely on. Pleasantly furnished, soft lights, music that completes the atmosphere. It could easily be a place in Paris or Amsterdam. To find out what it's like... Go there, it's the best way to understand the mood it conveys

I was there last night for an aperitif, I was in the area for an event at the Nembro auditorium. Excellent service, extremely welcoming environment, excellent music in the background, tasty and well presented tastings. I intend to return soon, perhaps for lunch, the menu is very inviting. 💚

This place is truly a gem of the Seriana valley. Family-run, it is finely furnished, a corner where you can disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the day and relax comfortably seated in an atmosphere that immediately instils tranquility. Very interesting cocktail list, with tasty variations of bar classics. The strong point of the restaurant is the genuine and varied cuisine. Top quality/price. Hospitality and passion of the staff as well. I highly recommend going there, whether it's for an aperitif or dinner.

It's the first time I've come to this bistro and I found a delightful, original place with a flavor of times gone by... An environment with attention to detail and designed to make you feel comfortable, welcomed and at ease... The owner, available and capable , is careful not to let customers miss anything. Apericena with literary evening truly appreciated! Excellent quality-price, the vegan food is so tasty that you won't regret meat and cheese at all! I will definitely return, highly recommended!!

31/03/2025: My second time after a few years at Ai Burattini and... I left as enthusiastic as the first. Everything is very well-kept, from the very attentive service to the customer, to the dishes of land and lake, to the use of products from the Slow Food Presidium, to the cellar where the customer can directly choose (and, if undecided, expertly recommended by the owner). The menu is well-kept: the quality of the dishes is very high and the recognition among the Osterie d'Italia in the Michelin Guide is certainly more than deserved. Excellent quality/price ratio. Really good!

09/03/2025: A place where we found meticulous customer attention, excellent food quality and a peaceful environment, where we can relax. Compliments.
04/03/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant on Valentine's Day. Already at the time of booking, the staff showed great care and courtesy, making themselves available to accommodate our need to dine relatively early for an evening commitment. The welcome was very warm and the environment, very picturesque and well-kept, immediately took on a family atmosphere with all the attentions of the waiters and room managers. Furthermore, they were always kind and more than understanding with some of the children present. The food was of excellent quality and the service was impeccable, the mixture of grilled meats immediately made me want to return a second time. The only disadvantage of this place, located in the historic center of the town, is that it is relatively far from the car parks, it is necessary to walk a certain distance. Price per person proportionate to the quality of the food, portions which are still quite generous. Definitely, we will come back again, as we really felt warmly welcomed and found excellent cuisine.
