You can immediately taste the quality of the ingredients and the care with which they're prepared. All the other products also deserve a special mention: the guanciale, pancetta, coppiette, cheeses, and Genzano bread are truly top-notch. A special thanks to Eleonora, always smiling, available, and ready to advise each customer with passion and expertise.
