Nice bar with good espresso and highly recommended strawberry cake.

During a hike at high altitude, caught in a sudden and torrential downpour, we found shelter in this place. It presents itself as the quintessential mountain bar: rustic architecture, devoid of modern pretensions or artificial flourishes, preserving intact the understated charm of Alpine tradition. The welcome was somewhat rough. The waitress was at times impatient and hasty, perhaps an excessive pragmatism that detracted from the warmth of the hospitality, though without descending into overt rudeness. The service's lackluster quality was fortunately offset by the quality of the culinary traditions. The exquisitely crafted products amply satisfied the palate. The strudel, although its shortcrust pastry was slightly dry on the surface, contained a rich, aromatic, and generous filling. Special mention goes to the absolutely exquisite tartlet and the cappuccino, expertly prepared with a dense, impeccable foam. The true climax of the experience occurred outside. Once the rain stopped, once we were seated at the outdoor tables, the sun broke through the clouds, offering a simply incomparable panoramic view. Refreshed by a cool breeze, cleansed by the storm, we admired the majesty of the surrounding peaks. A perfect combination of culinary delights and contemplation of nature.

I've been coming here for years, and the croissants and cappuccinos are still delicious. Unfortunately, I didn't like the new management's attitude at all, either towards the customers or the younger employees.

I had a coffee break with a large group, and everything went wonderfully.
