I've been going here since I was a child, and the smell of this place is forever etched in my heart. The pastries are all delicious, every product you try is made to perfection, but the croissants are a must! The staff is kind and truly knowledgeable.

What a surprise to find this pastry shop here! Walk past the long counter with ice cream and delicious mini tarts to the back, where you'll find the coffee shop (not visible from the outside) or the terrace where you can enjoy these delicacies. They also have savory snacks, all at reasonable prices, with friendly staff who even speak English. Everything is homemade in the beautiful kitchen at the very back.

Since ancient times, when we went skiing in Vars, the delicious breakfasts gave us energy on the snow. Now, a break from motorcycle rides with tasty sandwiches and coffee affogatos with lots of delicious cream 😋

Excellent pastry shop in the historic center of Demonte. The gelato I ate under the arcades was delicious. It's a shame the heavy traffic in the center ruins the experience.

25/12/2025: Christmas Lunch 2025. It's been about three years since I've been back to this restaurant, and this year, together with friends, we decided to have Christmas lunch in this beautiful and romantic place. We were all delighted with the excellent quality and quantity of the dishes offered: from the venison pâté, the first of four appetizers, to the excellent agnolotti, and the truly unique and perfect Piedmontese "fritto misto" (mixed fried fish). You can wander around, but you won't find it like they serve it here anywhere else... even the desserts were a triumph. The staff was extremely kind, and we were served perfectly by the very kind Maria. Well done everyone, though, and a special thanks to Signora Fiorentina for her attentive service. Thank you.
