The raw seafood and spaghetti with sea urchins were truly excellent, with fresh, high-quality fish. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

This evening we had dinner at this restaurant. A wonderful experience. The raw fish were indescribable. And the swordfish "bombette" were an Apotheosis... an explosion of fantastic flavors. Quality price in the norm... Compliments and thanks...

Excellent restaurant, the dishes were well served and the quality was evident, top quality products. The owner Corrado is a very kind and friendly person, he advised us for the best!! I recommend it

This evening I had dinner with my friends at this wonderful restaurant. In addition to the uniqueness of the place and the excellent arrangement of the tables outside, I can only report a wonderful quality of the dishes. I ate the swordfish and tuna caponata, superb! I tried the sardines alla becofico at my friend's... wonderful! Then the tuna steak with red onion, what can I say... sensational! And to finish, a delicious cannoli! The staff was very kind, friendly and very professional. And the price was more than fair! Definitely going back!

04/07/2025: I Banchi is the bistro of a starred chef, now managed with great care and expertise. A welcoming place in the heart of Ragusa Ibla, where quality is combined with an exceptional quality-price ratio. We chose the menu of the day for 35 euros: three exquisite, balanced and creative courses, finished off beautifully with a cannolo that alone is worth the trip. An accessible gourmet experience, highly recommended for those looking for signature cuisine without excessive billing. Not to be missed. The only sour note was the rush in the service, especially between the main course and dessert. Even though we asked to wait, we were told that the dessert was already arriving — an avoidable choice, given that it was not a perishable dessert.
